Customer Reviews
Overall rating: 4.7 / 5 from 20 reviews.
I was looking for something different from the usual designs and this one stood out.
The dial is cut away so the mechanism shows through the front. On the Orbis Eclipse that means black skeleton dial with silver detailing on a black silicon strap, with the gears in view as you wear it.
Is the Orbis Eclipse automatic or battery powered?
It is fully mechanical. An in house automatic mechanical 2805, skeleton optimised sits behind the black skeleton dial with silver detailing, winding as you move and storing up to 48 hours.
How big does the Orbis Eclipse wear?
The Orbis Eclipse is 44mm wide and 16mm thick, weighing 92.3g. Its 26mm silicon band runs to 225mm, which suits an average to larger wrist.
Will rain damage it?
The Orbis Eclipse is rated 3ATM, or 30 metres. That covers rain, splashes and handwashing. Do not swim, shower or dive in it.
How is the Orbis Eclipse different from the others in the range?
Specification is identical across the group. Pick the Orbis Eclipse if you want black skeleton dial with silver detailing on a black silicon strap. Otherwise compare Spectrum Oracle, Spectrum Synapse and Orbis Twilight.
It stopped after a few days in the drawer. Is something wrong?
The 48 hours of reserve on the Orbis Eclipse runs down from the moment you take it off. Wind it at the crown and reset before wearing.
