The Qorum Warranty
Every Qorum timepiece undergoes quality checks before it leaves our hands. Should your timepiece develop a fault covered under our warranty during the warranty period, our team will assess the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
The Qorum warranty covers repair and/or replacement of the product, at the sole discretion of Qorum, subject to the terms and conditions of this warranty.
The warranty is valid for one year from the date of purchase and applies to the original purchaser only.
What Your Warranty Covers
One Year Of Cover
Your Qorum comes with a one year manufacturer warranty covering issues that fall within the scope of the manufacturer's warranty.
If you experience a problem with your timepiece, our customer care team will review the issue and guide you through the appropriate next step.
Where a warranty claim is accepted, Qorum may, at its discretion, repair the timepiece or replace the product.
Who Is Covered
The Original Purchaser
The Qorum warranty is provided to the first purchaser of the timepiece and is non transferable.
A valid proof of purchase is required to avail warranty service. The warranty period is determined from the date of purchase shown on the proof of purchase.
The warranty automatically expires once the applicable one year warranty period has ended, irrespective of whether the timepiece has been worn or used during that period.
Water Resistance
Wear It With Understanding
Every Qorum timepiece has a specified water resistance rating. Water resistance is not permanent and can be affected by impact, wear and external conditions.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by moisture or water where the timepiece has been exposed beyond its stated water resistance or where water ingress results from misuse or external damage.
Always refer to the water resistance rating of your individual Qorum before exposing it to water.

How To Make A Warranty Claim

Please keep your proof of purchase available when submitting your request. Our team will review the information provided and guide you through the next steps.
If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, our team may request that the timepiece be sent to us for further assessment.

Our team reviews the issue and determines whether it falls within the scope of the Qorum warranty.
We Resolve
Where the claim is accepted, the timepiece will be repaired or replaced at Qorum's discretion.
Back To Your Wrist
Once the warranty resolution is complete, your Qorum will be returned to you, ready to take its place on your wrist again.
If Your Timepiece Needs To Come To Us
We'll Guide You Through It
If your Qorum requires physical assessment as part of a valid warranty claim, our team will guide you through the most convenient way to send the timepiece to us.
Depending on the circumstances, you may either send the timepiece yourself or we can arrange a pickup on your behalf. Where the issue is confirmed to be covered under the Qorum warranty, Qorum will take care of the applicable return and transit costs.
Our team will explain the process and any applicable arrangements when your warranty claim is reviewed.

Use and operate your timepiece in accordance with the instructions provided with it.
Respect Its Water Resistance
Never expose your Qorum to water beyond its stated water resistance rating.
Handle With Care
Avoid impacts, drops, excessive force and contact with hard surfaces.
Keep It Away From Chemicals
Perfume, alcohol and other chemicals can affect certain materials and finishes.
