You can submit a service request through our Service & Care page by providing your timepiece and contact details along with the nature of the service required. Once your request is reviewed, our team will guide you through the next steps and, where applicable, arrange an insured doorstep pickup for your Qorum.

What does the warranty cover?

Every Qorum timepiece comes with a one year warranty covering manufacturing defects. Please retain your original invoice to avail warranty service. For complete details, please refer to our Warranty Policy.

What is not covered?

The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper handling, normal wear and tear, scratches, damage to the crystal or strap, water damage resulting from use beyond the stated water resistance, or unauthorised repairs or modifications. Battery replacement and other routine maintenance are also not covered under the warranty. Please refer to our Warranty Policy for complete details.

Is the battery covered under warranty?

No. Battery replacement is not covered under the warranty policy and is treated as a service requirement. Depending on the movement, batteries in our quartz and mecha quartz timepieces generally last up to two years under normal usage.

What is the difference between automatic and quartz?

An automatic watch is powered by the movement of your wrist and does not require a battery, while a quartz watch is powered by a battery and uses a quartz crystal to regulate timekeeping. Automatic watches offer the appeal of traditional mechanical watchmaking, while quartz watches are known for their convenience and low maintenance.

Which movement is in my watch?

Qorum uses a variety of automatic, chronograph, multifunction and quartz movements, with calibres from Ronda, TMI, Miyota, Epson and exclusive skeleton optimised movements. For detailed information on the movement and calibre of your chosen timepiece, please refer to its individual product page.

My automatic stopped after a few days. Is it broken?

Not necessarily. An automatic watch can stop when it has not been worn or sufficiently wound for longer than its available power reserve. Qorum automatic movements offer approximately 38 to 60 hours of power reserve, depending on the calibre. Simply wearing the watch or winding it as instructed can restore its operation. If it does not restart or appears to be losing time significantly, please contact our service team.

What is a skeleton dial?

A skeleton dial reveals part of the watch’s movement through the dial, allowing you to see the mechanical components in motion. It brings the mechanics of the timepiece into view and gives the watch its distinctive open-worked character.

Can I swim or shower in my Qorum?

Water resistance varies across Qorum timepieces, with ratings of 3 ATM, 5 ATM and 10 ATM depending on the model. 3 ATM is suitable for everyday exposure such as light splashes; 5 ATM offers greater protection against water exposure but is not intended for swimming or diving; and 10 ATM provides a higher level of water resistance suitable for more active water use. Always check the specific water resistance rating of your timepiece before exposing it to water, as water resistance does not mean waterproof.

What is the crystal made up of?

Qorum uses two types of crystal across its timepieces: sapphire crystal and sapphire-coated hardened mineral crystal. Sapphire offers exceptional scratch resistance, while sapphire-coated mineral crystal combines the durability of mineral crystal with an added sapphire coating for greater resistance to everyday wear. Whichever crystal your Qorum uses, we recommend keeping it away from sharp or hard surfaces such as keys and belt buckles.

How do I look after the strap?

The care required depends on the strap material. Leather straps should be kept away from prolonged exposure to water, moisture and excessive heat, while stainless steel bracelets can be cleaned gently with a soft, damp cloth. Silicone and FKM rubber straps are easy to maintain and can be wiped clean with a soft, damp cloth. For all straps, avoid harsh chemicals, perfumes and prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to help maintain their finish and appearance.

What size are Qorum watches?

Qorum watches are available in a range of sizes to suit different wrists and styles. Our men's timepieces generally range from 40mm to 46mm, with most between 42mm and 44mm, while our women's Evara collection ranges from approximately 32mm to 36.5mm. Case thickness also varies by model, depending on its design and movement. The exact dimensions are listed on each product page.

Can I change the strap or resize the bracelet?

Yes. Qorum straps can be changed, and stainless steel bracelets can be resized to achieve a comfortable fit. If you need assistance, our team can guide you on the appropriate strap or bracelet adjustment for your timepiece.

What is the difference between the collections?

Each Qorum collection has its own design character, movement choices and expression. From the bold mechanical presence of Equinox and the refined character of Regalia to the purposeful chronographs of Kronos, the distinctive spirit of AquaXplorer and Reef, and the feminine expression of Evara, each collection offers a different way to experience Qorum. Explore the individual collection pages to discover the character of each.

Two watches look the same except for the colour. Is anything else different?

Usually not. Within a collection, the case and movement are often shared, with the primary difference being the finish or colour, so you can simply choose the one you prefer. Where there is a meaningful difference, such as a different case size, higher water resistance or another movement, it will be clearly mentioned on the individual product page.

Is a Qorum a good first mechanical watch?

Yes. Qorum offers a selection of mechanical timepieces that are well suited to those buying their first mechanical watch, with a range of designs and movements to choose from. If you are new to mechanical watches, our team can also help you select a timepiece based on your style, preferences and budget.
