Why can I see through the dial of the Encore Ovation?

Skeletonising removes the dial material that would normally hide the movement. The Encore Ovation shows black skeleton dial with steel and blue detailing with the balance wheel turning behind it.

How is the Encore Ovation powered?

It is mechanical, not quartz. The Encore Ovation winds itself as you wear it, and stops after a couple of days off the wrist.

How is the Encore Ovation different from the others in the range?

Only the appearance differs. The Encore Ovation gives you black skeleton dial with steel and blue detailing on a black fluoro rubber strap, while Encore Maestro cover the other finishes.

How accurate is the Encore Ovation?

Quartz, so very accurate. The Encore Ovation will hold time to within seconds a month rather than seconds a day.

Is the Encore Ovation an office watch or a weekend watch?

Weekend first. Swap the fluoro rubber strap for leather and the Encore Ovation dresses up without much trouble.

Can I swap the fluoro rubber strap for something else?

Yes. The Encore Ovation takes standard spring bars, so any watch counter can fit a different strap once they measure the lug width.
